Vist with Great Grandparents

We were unable to make it over to Western Washington to celebrate Great Grandpa's birthday and we promised that as soon as everyone was well we would make the trek over. Finally, in the beginning of November the planets aligned and we were able to go. We picked up Great Grandma Evelyn and headed over to Great Grandpa Paul's for a brief visit before we all headed out to Anthony's for lunch. Megan had a wonderful time looking at the starfish and kelp from on the dock. After lunch we took a drive over the new Narrows bridge and headed out to Gig Harbor to visit the old Beach House. When asked by Grandpa Paul, Ryan was happy to oblige, honking his horn around the sharp turns in honor of Grandma Mickey on the way to sunrise beach. It was very exciting and very sad to see the place where I spent my childhood searching for shells, crabs and anything else I could find on the beach. It was a fun day had by all and by the end of the day Megan warmed up to her Great Grandpa Paul enough to give him a kiss goodbye.
