Family Pumpkin Carving
Our last minute decision to carve pumpkins on a Monday night, was not a bad one! We all had a great time carving the pumpkins together and I really enjoyed eating the seeds! Ryan carved the pumpkin from his garden, which was still a tiny bit green, but orange on one side, so that worked for us! I carved a store bought pumpkin that was LOADED with seeds. Megan helped take out the "guts" and selected the face for "Daddy's Pumpkin" from a series of choices he drew on the Tyvek protecting our table (Yes, Tyvek, I love my contractor husband!). I carved a "bat" since Megan is practically obsessed with touching the bat decoration at Vicki's house.
