Megan was in DESPERATE need of a haircut.

Without regularly scheduled appointments, Mom is very bad at remembering to get hair cuts. Luckily, Katie, the ONLY hairdresser in Moscow (as far as we are concerned) was able to fit Megan in. Knowing how impossible it is to get on Katie's schedule we deeply appreciated her time and now make our appointments months in advance! ;)
